Regardless, this deal has a 99% chance of being approved, a slight chance of being Congressionally opposed, if that happens I guess it's possible that King George exercises his 1st veto, and (despite some GOP lawmaker's claims) absolutely no chance whatsoever that the veto would be overridden.
