By the way, Tookie can die 10 times over... it won't change the fact that the death penalty is not a deterrent to violent crime.
And for those of you who endlessly grapple with moral questions: Why is not OK for Tookie to have killed someone, but it's perfectly OK for the State to kill Tookie?
