Motorists in Georgia and across the country are in an understandably sour mood again as gasoline prices have begun creeping back toward $3 a gallon. At the same time, drivers in Brazil are relishing a sweet victory while filling their tanks with cheaper, less-polluting fuel made from homegrown sugar.
