There you have it folks. A major win for Cheney's Energy Policy Task Force... and a major obstacle for anyone investigating corruption, conficts of interest, and/or straight up fraud with intent to bilk the energy market for a short term gain. I'm sure that Grandma Millie is pissed right about now.
