The reviews will be closed to the public, and detainees will have no right to counsel. Procedures for the reviews can be found here. A defense department official said the secrecy was needed because classified information will be presented in the hearings. The process will be conducted entirely within the Defense Department and will not be subject to review by courts. Reuters has more.
