Destructive nuisance... talented urban expressionist... or both?
DC has finally nabbed it's most prolific graffiti artist since
Cool Disco Dan. I don't live in the District, so seeing Borf's "art" doesn't really bother me, but then again, it's not my job to clean up his messes either. It
is Borf's new job though, as part of his
plea agreement with the DC Superior Court. His sentencing is scheduled for early February.
